Our olives are carefully harvested and immediately cold pressed to protect the oil’s flavour. The oil is unfiltered.
The gentleness of our olive oil makes it very versatile. It is delicious in salads, cooking, drizzled over fish or simply on a piece of bread.

Prince di Belmonte "When you open Punta Licosa, you will experience the rich fruit of voluptuous olives from south of Amalfi, a crisp gentle saltiness of the sea, and the honeyed scent of Aleppo pines, with a majestic and elegant finish. This is an olive oil that we have enjoyed for many years, and which we have now bottled to give you true pleasure."
"Fortnum & Mason is delighted to be stocking Punta Licosa EVOO; it was chosen after a tough and extensive blind tasting of over 100 oils sent in from many producers. Its fresh, clean and robust flavour will be a fabulous addition to the new 2011 range."
Ewan Venters - Food and Restaurant Director, Selfridges: "We absolutely loved it...it's really fantastic. Such a cute bottle, too - ideal to give, and a shame to hide away."
Mark Peregrine - Head Tutor, Raymond Blanc Cookery School, Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons: "I personally loved the flavour: delicate and subtle."
Robert and Orlando Bruce (aged 4 and 2): "Yum, yum; Mummy's oil again..."
